| Important Information |
- All Conference attendees must register using the Eventbrite registration page. This is necessary to generate a list of attendees for name badges, and security to enter the Valour Building.
- Interpretation (English to French) will be provided via Zoom link. Bring your own device to connect to the interpretation service.
- At the conclusion of the Conference, attendees will need to make their way to the Reception venue at the Valour Building 154 Sparks Street.
- The Discussion with Parliamentarians and Reception is included in the Conference price. Only registered attendees will be allowed into the reception.
- Conference attendees from out-of-town are advised to make their own accommodation arrangements (e.g. through Expedia and other travel aggregator sites). There are a number of hotels and bed & breakfast accommodations close to uOttawa. Some of the reasonably priced accommodation nearby include:

Getting to the Venue
How to reach the Social Sciences Building (FSS):

By car: you can park at Lot K near Morisset Library and walk approximately 3 minutes to the building.

By public transit: you can take the O-Train and get off at uOttawa Station. From there, it’s approximately a 3-minute walk to the building. The station is directly connected to the University of Ottawa campus, making access quick and convenient.

How to Reach the 4th Floor
- Upon entering, turn right just before Première Moisson to find the stairs.
- If you continue straight past Première Moisson, you will find a set of elevators.
- If you turn left at the entrance, then left again (as shown in the picture), you will find another set of elevators.

Conference attendees wishing to attend the Reception with Parliamentarians will have to make their way to the Valour Building
